Congratulations! Nigerian Crooner Iyanya Just Signed A 60 Million Naira Deal To Promote MTN
Iyanya has literally been all over the world performing and it seems that his hard work has paid off in a big way. The popular singer who is a favourite with the ladies signed a mega deal said to be worth 60 million naira for a one year period to promote the MTN brand and partake in live performances. Let's do some conversion... :) 60 million naira is £238500.00 or $373380.00!
Iyanya also shared a picture of his manager chilling with Nigerian Super Eagles captain Joseph Yobo, captioning it, "Met super Eagles captain Joseph yobo #greatbusinessman #this guy gat his game together."

I called my boyfriend to tell him that I want a break up.
He started begging me on the phone and I asked him to come over for us to discuss it.
On getting to my house, I bought a bottle of coke for my self and bought malt drink for him.
The discussion continued and I told him again that i just want a break no matter what and that am tired of the relationship. When he heard me saying this again, he started crying and begging me that I should let the relationship continue no matter what but I disagreed and shouted NO.
After some minutes I opened my drink and opened his too, after about 5 minutes, my boyfriend who has been crying since I told him that I want a break started laughing, I
started wondering what came over him. Being so surprised at his laughter and happiness, I asked him why he was laughing and he told me that the malt drink I opened
which I bought for him has just won him 20 MILLION NAIRA.

Growing up believe it or not I was never big on fashion, is just wasn't my thing...but the turning point for me had more to do with my little sister than me myself...what I mean by that is that my sister (besides being a Nursing Major) is a fashion designer/expert, and it was her who I jokingly say "Rub her fixation of fashion on me" and there rest was history.

Being a Minister, it shocks a lot of people to see how a person who is pursuing God can be into fashion as much as he is, but what I say and a motto that I live by is that "Who said that you cannot serve God and look good (or your best) doing it". The bible even mention that "We should let our light shine before others" Matthew 5:16, so what I try to show with my style of fashion is that you CAN love God and serve him by looking your best to reflect His glory on you.

Sunday Sermon: The Role Of The Husband
This article is to remind husbands of their roles and to advise the ‘wanna-be’ husbands of what is in store for them. If you are a man, please read and take note. If you are a woman, send the article to your husband or fiancé.
With the proliferation of wrong stereotypes by Hollywood; what with ‘reality’programmes like “House-husbands”, sitcoms like “The Simpsons”, “My Family”, that portray the husband as slow and dimwitted; Tim Gunn’s “Tim Gunn’s Guide to style and the fashion show “Queer Eye for the straight Guy” that encourage men to get in touch with their feminine side (whatever that means) ; the average man on the street has no clue as to roles and responsibilities of the husband demanded by God in marriage.
What does the Bible say about husbands? Ephesians 5:21-33
From the very beginning, God designed someone to be in charge, and someone to help. Someone to be, as it were, "in authority," and someone to be "in submission." Someone to be the leader and someone to be the follower. Someone to provide and someone to be provided for. The man has the role of the headship, and the woman has the role of the one for whom that headship is to be provided. The man is the one who protects, provides, preserves, and cares for the woman who is "a fitting," or "suitable helper" for him.
The Husband is the leader. "But I want you to understand that Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman, and God is the head of Christ. " 1 Cor 11:3. The husband is to oversee everything that happens in the house – spiritual and physical. The husband should not only cater for the physical needs and leave the spiritual matters to the wife.

Gay Bill: Britain May Suspend Aid To Nigeria
British Prime Minister, David Cameron, on Friday said his government might consider cutting off aid to Nigeria over same sex marriage bill passed by the House
of Representatives on Thursday. The Senate had passed its own version in November 2011.
Cameron spoke on a British Broadcasting Corporation programme monitored in Lagos.
He said he would take up the issue with President Goodluck Jonathan soon.

Nigerian Cab Driver Stabbed To Death With An Umbrella By His Passenger
A New York City livery cab driver has been savagely killed after a passenger stabbed him through the eye with an umbrella, piercing his brain, during a dispute.
Police say the mortally wounded man, identified as 54-year-old Orji-Ama Uro, of Rosedale, Queens, continued driving for about a block before crashing into two parked cars in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn Thursday.
According to the victim's family, Uro was a father of five who emigrated to the U.S. from Nigeria 10 years ago in pursuit of the American dream, which for him was opening his own shore store.
Chinedoum Agwu, Uro's sister-in-law, told DNAInfo.com that the 54-year-old cab driver leaves behind two sons and three daughters between the ages of 16 and 23.

Funmi was dumped by Lanre a week to their wedding. Lanre ran away with another woman to the UK with the visas they were supposed to use for their honey moon.
Funmi was heartbroken and down but found a way to move on with her life.
She got married 2 years after meeting a wonderful young man. As time progressed she enjoyed success in every area of her life.

Drug Dealers Who Lived Millionaire Lifestyles, Drinking Cristal Champangne And Driving Lamborghini In A £5.5 Million Heroin Ring Are Jailed
A gang of drug dealers who enjoyed a millionaire lifestyle after flooding the capital with more than £5.5million worth of heroin have been jailed for a total of 72 years.
The pushers bought a chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce, a £21,000 Rolex watch and designer threads from Paris after raking in a fortune running a string of drugs factories.
They also drove supercars including a Lamborghini and amassed an impressive collection of Dom Perignon and Cristal champagne, worth £700 a bottle.
